Terms & Conditions

AETHER ("we", "us", "our") is an online print-on-demand apparel store operating at calyron.store. All products are manufactured on demand and fulfilled by third-party print partners via Printify. By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major debit/credit cards via Stripe and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or payment failure, in which case a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Because every item is printed on demand, production typically takes 2–7 business days before dispatch. Shipping times vary by destination:

• United States: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. AETHER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Print-on-demand items are made specifically for you, so we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a free reprint or full refund.

All designs, artwork, brand marks, and website content are the property of AETHER or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Purchasing a product grants you a personal licence to wear it — not to reproduce the designs commercially.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@calyron.store if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AETHER's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AETHER is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
