Terms & Conditions

Calyron operates calyron.store and sells digital products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by the provider you select at checkout, currently Stripe or Polar. We do not store your full payment-card details.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, fraud is suspected, or a product is unavailable. Any applicable refund will be returned through the original payment provider.

After a confirmed payment, we provide access through a private download link or another delivery method stated on the product page. Keep the delivery email and do not share download links.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for ensuring your device can use the file format shown before purchase.

Each product is licensed, not sold outright. The product page or included licence identifies whether it is for personal or commercial use. Unless a product licence explicitly allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim the files as your own.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law. If a file is materially defective or you cannot access a purchase, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

All site content and product materials are owned by Calyron or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual-property rights beyond the limited licence provided with a purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, Calyron's total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms by publishing a new version here. For questions, email hello@calyron.store.
