Calyron operates calyron.store. This policy describes how we collect and use personal information when you browse, buy, or contact us.

We collect the contact details you provide, such as your email address; purchase records including product, amount, payment status, and delivery status; and limited technical information used to operate and secure the site.

Payment information is handled by the payment provider you choose. Calyron does not receive or store full card numbers.

We use personal information to process payments, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the store. We only send marketing messages where you have opted in or where permitted by law.

We use providers that help run the store, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application data and storage, and Stripe or Polar for payment processing. Each provider processes information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We retain order information for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can also opt out of marketing at any time.
